March 5 – March 17, 2019
Day 147 – 159
For about two weeks, we sailed across the Grenadines to Grenada. It was a lot about island-hopping, from small to smaller island.
The Grenadines is a wonderful place.
It is a perfect place to go snorkeling and fishing – the two main activities we were doing, apart from sailing. The place is also perfect to spot turtles.
The water is so clear and turquoise. You can see through the bottom, even at 8-10 meter deep.
The Tobago Cats especially was one of the most beautiful place: a natural reserve, full of reefs and small islands (Some are just 300 meters wide).
Once going more South, we have been to Union Islands, where it was actually possible to do some hikes.
With the crew, we continued to enjoy at best the moment together. And we had a lot of fun.
Before the next big island we would reach – Grenada – we stopped at Carriacou. It is probably one of the last island in the Carribean which is still true as how it was before.
Then, the next big stop we made was the island of Grenada, were we planned to stay for about a week.
